    I guess it would be a decent hire but I would sure like for them to wait and talk to Mike Anderson before pulling the trigger.

    Looks like Bama has offerered something around $2 million/year. Grant makes around +/-$700,000 at VCU. I guess it comes down to what happens at UK with Gillespie(sp?) and if he goes if UK goes after Donovan again. Grant would choose FL over anybody it seems. Grant is back in Richmond but hasn't talked with anyone yet.

    If Grant does go to Alabama it would be good hire.
