What'd you think we could get for him. Maybe a 2nd & a 4th? Maybe a WR or a QB? Seems like there's somebody in the NFL as an HC that worked with him in college that just might have a decent QB laying around he's not using........

Why not trade him. He ain't Fox's boy and he ain't playin'.

NO WAY!!! I know we're losing, but we've got to draw the line somewhere. You won't get a player in the second or third w/ this guys ability, attitude, work ethic and potential.

Given his injury history, you'd be lucky to get a 3rd only for him now. It is however time to send Moose and his nearly six million dollar cap figure for next year packing. No way he's worth that with as many balls as he drops and his me first attitude.

Others to consider: Steussie, $5.04 million, Walls, $3.95 million (he may be worth keeping in another offense), Minter, $3.9 million. I like all three, but can we afford them with so many holes to fill? Wp or mVm will have to check their notes to see what the trade off is on the remaining bonuses vs the savings involved. Some of these guys may just be a wash. Richardson, Tuten, and many of our overpaid scrubs can catch the first bus out of town also.

No way to get rid of Morgan... he is the fire on that defense. I think Witherspoon is coming along and Jackson had moments.

The first thing I would do on defense is strengthen the DB position. Then maybe DL, then LB.

Offense, I still say get the best you can for Moose, or move him to the #2 spot in 2003. He is just too damn wishy washy and lax to stay at #1. The rest of the corp of WR can go play on somebody elses practice squad.

QB - Find a Vet (King) or someone that is a logical start next season, keep Fasani at #2 and maybe Peete or some other Vet at #3. (Mentor)

RB - I wish I new if Foster would heal... If not, we have to have a "go to" back. I'm ok with keeping Lamar Smith but not as the feature. I really think we furked up this year not doing more rotations with Dee and Lamar.

TE - I really don't care, just make it better.

OL - If this is not an obvious need I don't know what is. Thats how you use your first pick. (Either trade to improve or whatever)

Oh, and by the way, since most people would not be sad if half of our starting offense were new faces in 2003, what better time to fire Henning than now.... I think the game has passed him by...

I think we should trade him for a real nice porcelin vase to put in JR's office. It would be more durable.

For sale: One concussion-prone player who plays a position which must endure many, many hits a game.

It reads like an honest personal ad from a 300 pound woman. Who's going to answer that?

Concussion-prone? Morgan's problems have not been concussions, he has dealt with a broken leg, groin/sports hernia, and now shoulder problems with us. But I get your point, it is getting very tiresome to have him continually listed on the injury report.
