where the fuck was the 10 sec. runoff rule that we were penalized against dallas- where the fuck was it?? how come tampa didnt get charged w/ timeouts when a player was injured, but we did?? fuck this- fuck the nfl- fuck this shit- we won this fucking game.

I have no problem with getting rid of Henning. If he does get the boot it should be based on the other 3 close losses, and not todays. I still believe he was pretty much in a no-win situation. I don't care what anyone says Fasani didn't do SHIT today! Its not Hennings fault this offense cant get into the end zone from the 5 yard line on 3 plays. Is it too much to ask Lamar Smith and the O-line to get into the end zone from 5 yards out? Or Steve Smith to catch a punt or atleast fair catch it?

    Peete get healthy quick!

i dont understand why we run the ball on 1st and 10 w/ under 2 minutes to go- tampa calls timeout. we throw an incompletion then, mitchell hurt and nesbit shifts over to center and james to lg- so we call a timeout to fucking regroup- what the fuck. then we throw underneath to hoover- which is a good play- on maybe 1st or 2nd down!!!

henning was conservative- BUT STILL- if fasani hit walls on the TD pass this would be a non issue. fuck fasani and his floaters.

I don't disagree that Hennongs is not at fault, however we went into that shell again and didn't manage the clock well at the end. Smith's muff was the difference in philosophy this time. Otherwise, it would have been a W.
That said, my personal beleif is that Fasani should have been throwing the ball on second down on those last two drives. The kid had played like shit, give him the shot at redemtion and coming out the hero...see what he's made of when it's on the line.
The Panthers have to make an effort to put teams away in the fourth qtr. We're playing an 8-8 scheme in the fourth qtr w/ a team that has sub 8-8 talent, that means we're headed down the shitter and fast!

i agree with you mcfly. still though- if we executed on those 2 said plays (the muff OR the td pass) we win this fucking game. and we'd be singing henning's praises. but we lost- so now we can question hennning. it was downright offensive to see our series w/ the game tied- i think fasani shined w/ his bootleg pass-action or scramble. that was fasani's bread & butter, and we shoulda milked the bitch. fasani aint your pocket passer- he needs to gain a feel for the game, but we didnt let fasani's strengths show. this was fuckin game that coulda changed our season.

That's where I raise an eyebrow at Henning. I keep saying that he is so good at playing to a players strength, then Fasani is in the pocket most of the time. That is NOT his strength!
All that aside, the muff and the floater. The play calling those last two drives didn't put ANYTHING on Fasani at all other than handing the ball to Lamar and wishing Sauerbrun good luck as he came off the field.

definitely. also, dont forget moose had the deep fade that was overthrown by fasani- fuck. :( definitely, i think we had a chance to spread the buc d and really open up some passing lanes if we continued to roll out and do a little play-action bootlegs. we didnt do it enough. we didnt do enough QB draws. we didnt throw any screens. we didnt throw any slants. we didnt throw any outs. is it playcalling?? or is it lack of recognition by fasani??

I didn't see that there was much to recognize. Most of our offensive sets were too compact and easy to defense. You can't do that against the best D in the league and expect to see much.
Then again, Fasani being in his first start, I expect recognition to be an issue.
