    BTW for what its worth, now that there's no DNA evidence, if I'm a Duke player, I go on the offensive rather than the defensive. I go after the credibilty of the woman and rip her to shreds I then have her and the DA taken to court on slander charges.

    I wouldn't doubt it if they assaulted her or did something besides rape, but there's no proof, and did she claim that they raped her? If she did that, and then the DNA evidence proves they didn't then she'll be classified as a liar and the players will get off easily.
