I would think a baby giraffe would be better at long snapping

People also said he ran a 4.75 at combine.

    But he didn't, he ran a 4.62.

my point was more that one of the near-elite RBs could drop as far as 20 or so, where there aren't any LBs within reason that sholdn't be there. Safeties either, if you fancy Simpson.

Just talked at length from my Dallas counterpart. Says Delhomme will have to get used to throwing to someone whos covered, but if he does, Key will catch it. Lol....Delhomme shouldn't have that much adjusting to do then.

Says Key never got credit for being a big positive influence to the younger receivers on the team, and that he behaved very well in Dallas.

Went on and on about Key's hands, and how he makes crazy fucking catches. And then I heard stories about how the Dallas media used to joke about subbing Key in at RT. I know Keys a willing blocker, sure, but it was amusing to hear that.

Overall, I just see this as a great signing. I certainly hope it doesnt bite us in the ass, but I doubt it will.

For those bitching about it, eh. And as for Moose? Fuck, man. Hes gone. He left us for a bigger paycheck, and our offer was nothing AT ALL to sneeze at. Fuck him, hes history.

so are you saying that perhaps he did not resemble a baby giraffe?

never the less, i'm not so intent on taking offense now in the first round. i do not think fragile foster is the answer and shelton is an unknown commodity at this point. i'm not really sold on any of the backs that might possibly be around being good value at that spot though. i think we will follow our tried-and-true draft strategy and stick with d in the first.
