Wow, coming off a season like they had and having that much money. Strange they don't go get a QB. I still feel they're iffy at the position. Anthony Thomas is going to be the key to there success this year IMO. They will have to be able to get him the ball. The Bears should look to add serious depth at RB, "just incase". I think they'll win the division over the Packers, but it'll be close. They have a better Defense and the Pack has too many questions at WR. Favre can still play, but he's hot and cold. I think the Bears can spend that money wisely and be good for a long time.

Did they ever sign Chris Chandler?

Yes, they have Chandler, who is still good when healthy. So he should be good for about 2 games.

If they’d resign Brockenmeyer, I’d put them over the Pack. If he’s still pulling this I want to be paid as much as Pace crap, like he did with us, I can understand them not doing it, though.

Buddy, if there's one thing that's true in football, it's that you never have to worry about Chicago running backs or linebackers.

C'mon, they've got UNC and Freedom High's very own Leon Johnson in the backfield. He's charmed - he had a kick ass 2nd string left tackle for him his 8th grade year when he was QBing the OAK HILL BULLDOGS.

I didn't forget about Thomas, I was just giving props to the best 3rd string back/special teams guy in the NFCN

Johnson is a kick ass guy! I met him once through Dedric Ward and he was really cool.
He has the ability to carry the rock or be a lead blocker. His value to the Bears is more then just as a back-up RB.

You know, it all comes back to the backup left tackle he had in 8th grade. Damn, that guy was kickass.
