    Just curious what kind of bike your riding - 2:20 for 20 miles seems brutally slow unless your climbing some big hills along the way.

    Schwinn Trailways Hybrid. It's not the bike that's brutally slow, it's me. I'll get faster as I get in better shape.

    Yeah, that 100 bpm was starting to get a little scary. That and my blood pressure slowly rising. It seems to be under control now.
