    Right. He's a CB, not a LB. If he can't cover a WR deep, he's no use.

    That's what I've been thinking since the beginning of training camp. Really, since Petrino was hired.

    He's a 34 defensive end, which would basically make him a 3-technique tackle in a 43. Would I mind having him instead of Moorehead? Sure, but it's not the type of move we're going to make. We've made our bed at that position.

    Yep, special teams. They obviously see some potential for him in that role. At his weight, you wouldn't expect him to do much at LB.

    I guess it beats having a slow white guy like Ciurciu or McCadam stuck on the roster.
