    Finally getting around to getting a decent set. About to order a 12 piece set of Wusthof Classic.

    Cool tip a old Marine gave me to keep your knives sharp. Take a coffee cup with a 'raw' bottom ring- porcelain. Swipe the blade at a 20 or so degree angle a couple of times on both sides. Sharpens the hell out of them.
