    That board has really lost its edge.

    It seems like the same five guys post in the Charlotte forum and the smack board hasnt had a post since last month. That smack forum used to be so active that it was hard to get anything else done if you wanted to keep up.

    I guess the combination of running posters off and the conference realignment is to blame. Too bad, it was a good board in its prime.

    chi, no offense but you werent around the last two years when the smack board at cusatalk was busier than the RandR board here times 10. I am not gonna bash the other board, I liked it and still would like to partake, but it is slower than a year ago.

    Metro did you ever figure out why you got banned? That whole scenario was strange. Best I can tell, you were getting in the crawl of some Memphis posters, so they blamed the Highpoint-thisboardrocks invasion on you, to have a reason to ban you. Is that how you see it?

    i thought "metro" was already gone when the invasion hit. it wasn't until a couple more bannings that the invasion proceded.

    I see it as an ego thing with a couple mod. I kept pointing out Conway's double standards and the mods wanted to dictate that it was unacceptable to call a mod out publicly. Threads with "uncc idiots" were on their main board, but I was getting warned for responding. That is what started it all.

    true its off season, but at this time last year it was not like it is.

    That's right....the big debate this time last year: "Is Butter going to win National POY" and Smoothie dogging Withers & Grier for their play in REC league.
