That's right and they beat teams like Cincinnati, DePaul and Louisville in addition to Syracuse and Southern Illinois... on the road. No other school in the RPI top 50 has played more road games. Only four other schools in the top 50 RPI have won more games.

3-0 vs. AP Top 10 teams (2-0 vs. AP Top 10 in last 10 games)
2-0 in road games vs AP Top 10 (@ Syracuse, @ Cincinnati)
4-2 vs. teams currently in the Top 25 (W: Louisville, Cincinnati, Southern Illinois, Syracuse; L: Memphis, Cincinnati)
4-2 vs. teams currently in the RPI Top 25 (W: Louisville, Cincinnati, Southern Illinois, Syracuse; L: Alabama, Cincinnati)
5-4 vs. Top 50 RPI teams
4-2 in road games vs. RPI Top 50 teams
2-0 vs. 2003 NCAA Final Four participants (Syracuse, Marquette)
9-7 vs. Top 105 teams (6-4 on road)
14 of 26 games won on the road (10-4)
    10 of 16 games vs. Top 105 (9-7)
All 7 losses are to Top 75 RPI teams

Well if you would have taken the bet you would be up 1-0, with 2 points still remaining, but since you were a chicken shit and said you wouldn't pay up if you lost, then it may be your lose.

So, more than half your victories have come against teams ranked below 106.

Brutal schedule - just fucking BRUTAL!

That's what the talking heads are talking about - how we're gonna be awarded for the brutal road schedule we played. We're admired for it.

Oh, you were just taking another jab... I'm shocked.

I think your schedule has been pretty good and some good wins. However, I also get tired of hearing you overstate how difficult it was. You got fat on bad teams - a lot of which were in your conference. Don't make it seem like you didn't.

#1 I havent overstated our schedule once. It was road intensive though and we are getting a lot of play for how many road wins we have. Some of the home games I could have done without. No Niner fan thinks the A&T game was worthwhile.

#2 No we didnt get fat on bad teams, if anything, we loaded up the W column against good teams and choked on the bad ones. As you love pointing out - we lost to GW, URI, SLU, etc. Our resume looks impressive because we beat teams like UL, Cincy, SIU & Syracuse, mostly on the road.

Of course, there is no convincing you. In your mind, we have and will always suck, no matter what we do. So be it.

Don't even go there vp, Charlotte has played all comers. Can't help who the opponents are, look at Gonzaga's 22-0 record of teams 101+ and the West Coast Conference RPIs. Charlotte did not make the other C-USA teams "bad." Duke is 9-0 and St. Joseph's is 13-0 with like teams and that I suppose is okay. Charlotte's SOS is a damn solid 55, the teams mentioned above are 87, 4, 43 respectively. Would Chapel Hill's RPI be 16 if they'd played someone other than 12 games against ACC schools with RPIs over 50? Wait until that unbalanced schedule kicks in, it might not be the Heels but someone in the league will get RPI screwed over it.

    (7) Gonzaga, 14-0, 27-2
    (108) St. Mary's, 9-5, 16-12
    (133) Pepperdine, 9-5, 15-16
    (128) San Francisco, 7-7, 16-14
    (139) Santa Clara, 6-8, 15-16
    (186) Loyola Marymount, 5-9, 14-14
    (190) Portland, 5 - 9, 11-17
    (298) San Diego, 1-13, 3-26
