and the 5 way tie for the regular season "championship" is just bizarro. Possibility of 7 still remains if someone like Marquette can pull out an upset in the CUSA tourney.

Great season CUSA! :applause: :xyzthumbs

5 teams tied for the regular season championship is a great season? More like a lesson in mediocrity where there's no dominant team.

Every single one of those teams would be middle of the pack at best in the ACC.

Not real sure how to prove opinions, but I'll get right on that.

And I suppose there might be some actual head-to-head games in the NCAA tourney, so we'll see there.

holy shit, you figured it out. even the acc brainwashed can catch a clue.

instead of ripping CUSA, all the fans of the east coast leagues should be ripping the rest of the country's conferences for being sorry.

Between CUSA, ACC, SEC & Big East, how many bids will be given out? Say 6+6+7+6 (for arguments sake) = 25! Throw in another 2 or 3 from the A10 and you're got 27 or 28. We own the NCAA tournament. you hear that big 10, big 12, pac 10, etc?

I'd really like to see some of those matchups in the sweet 16 & elite 8. should be fun. there are some real sleeper types in our league that the acc obsessed types dont know about. Depaul is looking pretty damn stout now that that big Meija kid is running the point and senior/mcd's aa Andre Brown is healthy again. If they'd him all season, I think they'd have won CUSA outright and been a top 10-15 team with 23 or more wins.

Yeah, there are likely to be a lot of good matchups. Can't wait.

There will be a tie-breaker problem somewhere in the standings as long as uneven schedules are played. Look at the mirror games of the 5 tied teams and see who had the easier schedules. Just wait until you see this happen in a 2 division ACC league, although that results won't be as poor as the C-USA setup.
