    By Vidalia something....Dang, good stuff.

    Spinach, smoked gouda (that stuff is hard to grate by the way), scallions, cherry tomatoes and sauteed baby bellas over the top.

    Mmmmmmmmmmmmm. I'm still fat though. :(
