Cubs trade Jacque Jones

    The Cubs traded outfielder Jacque Jones for infielder Omar Infante from the Detroit Tigers today. Opinions? I think that they may be trying to clear up some cash to go after Torri Hunter or Andruw Jones.

    I think they will go after both but they have a better shot at Jones. Hunter is headed to the Bronx.

    that makes me sick. I've heard many things about Hunter. I've heard Chicago, Atlanta, & the evil empire. I'd take either one over Jones, who is a good player, but not a legit center fielder. On the website it says that Infante will be a good "bench player", but I think that they will put Derosa in right as a starter and Infante at second.

    I don't think Atlanta will spend the bucks to get Hunter.
