    LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - In the latest round of pilot castings, "24" co-star Vanessa Ferlito has landed a lead role in the CBS series "CSI: New York," for which Gary Sinise is in talks to head the cast. Ferlito, who next appears in "Spider-Man 2," will play a member of the show's forensic team. "CSI: New York" is the third installment of the hit "CSI" franchise. CBS intends to introduce the main characters in this season's second-to-last episode of "CSI: Miami," to air in May.

    new york wants in the mix and does this mean CSI Miami is on the way out?

    i dont follow the industry only enjoy the series of CSI tv shows now.

    it will be the original one that goes out. William Peterson isn't too happy they are cloning shows left and right off the original. Says he won't renew his contract once it runs out

    Fuck, the original one is the best. That Marg Helgenberger (sp?) is fucking HOT for her age. I think she's like 45ish.

    Hmmmm, when will there be a CSI-Charlotte :confused: ? ? ? Every other week, they could investigate the murder of local big time bankers and West Blvd. ho's :D :D . . The interior scenes could be shot at SILVER HAMMER STUDIOS (nw section of Uptown CLT . . You can see the studios right at the I-277/Brookshire Freeway as you head into Uptown . . 0
