creamy potato soup

    cut a decent sized hamsteak into half inch cubes and set the fucking ham aside.

    peel and cube (one inch cubes) enough russet potato to make two cups. peel and thin slice a couple large carrots. dice a sweet onion, 3/4 cup.

    place the veggies in a fucking dutch oven with 24 oz. of chicken stock or broth. bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.

    pour the veggies and stock into a fucking blender and puree. It'll take a couple blenders full and pour the pureed mixture into a large bowl and set that motherfucking shit off to the side.

    mix four tablespoons of flour with two teaspoons of salt and a couple dashes of black pepper

    melt four tablespoons of butter in your dutch motherfuckering oven under low heat, then add the flour/salt/pepper mixture and stir, continuing over low heat until bubbly. Pour in a 12 ounce can of evaporated milk and four ounces of regular milk. increase heat to medium and whisk that shit together, cooking until it thickens and begins to bubble. add the potato/carrot/mixture and stir together. heat through and then add the ham.

    last, get some powdered chicken boullion and add to taste.

    eat that fucking shit with a hunk of crusty bread and a big fucking mug of beer
