I like the "story telling" country and some of the old girls--Donna Fargo--Jesse Coulter--Loretta-- but I haven't heard much new stuff. I don't mess with the radio much unless I am in the car, which is not often.
I love good bluegrass and Texas country. Ain't much music I don't like except rap and anything that involves eating dead things on stage.

it depends on the song... I like something from all genres... basically if it sounds good to me I like it... kinda a simple response I know, but its how I base my opinion on music.

I listen to country about 90% of the time I've got music on. I hated it up until about 2 years ago, so now I have to make up for lost time :)

Silver, I bet you'd like Travis Tritt.

I'm a folkie at heart, and while I don't listen to country extensively, I appreciate what influences 'old' country had on the Eagles, CSN, Pure Prairie League, etc.

nothing better than willie's voice. I don't know what it is about his voice that I can't get enough of, but I just like the patriotism that country music singers seem to have.
