    1 cup cornmeal
    1/2 cup slf rising flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon sugar

    Add warm tap water till batter is semi thin consistency.
    Using seasoned iron skillet, heat oil to medium-low heat.
    Spoon it batter and cook on both sides till crispy.
