    Carolina Panther Arrested On Five Charges
    Tuesday, September 16, 2003
    Carolina Panthers Safety Jarrod Cooper was arrested Tuesday morning after midnight by Charlotte Mecklenburg Police. He is charged with speeding, driving while impaired, driving with a revoked licensea and two felony counts of drug possession. Cooper pleaded guilty to reckless driving and driving while impaired from an arrest back on February 8 of 2002.

    I'm not sure why, but Fox seemed to stand beside Smith on that. Bright must of said some shit.

    Fox has been less tolerant on alcohol related issues

    He's one boy I don't care to have to play twice in a season. Chuck Wiley was bad enough.

    Here the new J.Coop From his two arrest it looks like he has gained 20 pounds up to 225 now. Maybe he added some more rocks in his head.
