    Jerry McDonald, of ANG Newspapers, reports Oakland Raiders SS Jarrod Cooper has been suspended for the first four games fo the 2007 season by the NFL. Cooper violated the NFL Policy on Anabolic Steroids and Related Substances. He is eligible to return to the active roster Oct. 1.
