    FEB. 24, 1979: North Carolina holds the ball in the first half, determined to pull the Blue Devils out of their zone defense. The first half ends with Duke leading 7-0 and the Crazies chanting "Air-ball, air-ball" after a Rich Yonakor miss, believed by some to be the first air-ball cheer.
