Interesting them saying he was never developed enough here.

Counterpoint, I think it's interesting that the year they moved him around the most was his worst year - 2007. I felt like some of his sacks last year were manufactured by us, not him - him at DT, that had to have been 3 sacks where we just snuck him over. Which is fine, that's part of what we should be able to do anyway.

Also, I haven't caught WWHI in a while either. That Dan Parr just recycles a lot.

i cant imagine many educated players blaming fox for the fact that pepper's agent is holding the whole team hostage....i guess fox could just give in and switch to a 3-4 and let him play linebacker here

I didn't even catch that the first time. Have no idea what to think. If they've not bought in, they damn sure didn't play like it last year.

I do agree that Peppers is the one with the leverage right now - especially as he's using it poorly (four teams, and them not being advantageous toward trades; announcing he doesn't want to be here, lessening the value).

I don't feel like either side is holding the other hostage, though. The team is plenty happy to have him and if Peppers wasn't so strict about what he wants, he'd not be comfortable going against his word and playing here. I have a hard time believing in the end that he's dumb enough to pass up $10 million to only play the last seven games, or $17 million to pass up the entire year.

BUffalo has Kelsay on the market now.

Buffalo has 2 first rounders and a DE they want to trade....

Good thing Peppers hasn't signed his tender.

    I'm starting to think he's a holdout.

That quote came from a pro scout who has no frickin' idea of what is going on in our lockerroom! Take what that dude said with a grain of salt.
