Actually I usually don't eat it and cook a lot of beans but I don't know many kids who will eat them. Mine will but she's not in the know.

French cut Green Beans about an inch long.

Boil them to about 1/2 way done.

    Drain.

Add about 1/2 cup of milk and 3 tbs of butter, salt and pepper.

Reduce heat to a low simmer and stir frequently. Reduce to a creamy sauce.

Creamy green beans the way my Grandma use to make.

chicken quesadillas are quick and easy

one of my favorites quick meals are Boboli bread pizzas. eliminates the time needed to make the dough. and you can put most anything on them (veggies). substitute sliced tomato for sauce. pile on the mozz cheese. adding fresh broccoli is good. or shredded chicken simmered in Buffalo wing sauce.

Yes!! I use these too. Very quick and easy.
Brush with olive oil and put anything on them. The kids will love that it's pizza. I just use spaghetti sauce, shredded cheese blend of mozzerella provolone and parmesean, she loves it.

I'm too cheap to buy Boboli. By the time you're done with that, you might as well have bought a pizza. They are good, though. I guess I'd try a frozen dough from the supermarket...
