You spanked us today. As bad as our defense is, I saw this coming. But, I think a change should be made at QB. Durant is terrible. I remember stating on this board last year that he wasn't the answer and I was right - 2-6 as a starter. PATHETIC!

Thank you Wolfpack for keeping my jinx going of betting on the Heels and them losing. :)

Durant is not the problem. Our defense is fucking terrible. It's easy to blame the QB when times are bad, but it's more than that. Our offensive line didn't give him enough time, and we had to abandon the running game in the 2nd half because we got behind. That's a lot of pressure to put squarly on his shoulders.

He didn't play a perfect game, but I don't see Stevens or whoever being any more successful.

Russ, my big problem with Durant is his turnover problem. SOmetimes I think he makes bad decisions and even worse throws.

DAMN. What the hell happened. I had to leave to go pick up my daughter. UNC had just scored on the opeing drive of the half to make it 17-7. They dominated the 1st half and looked to be still in control.

oh well - the Pack was due for one. Congrats to NCSU.

That's understandable. It's frustrating as hell to turn the ball over, especially now, when our defense is not what it was last year. I feel like our offense almost has to play perfect for us to have a chance. If we fail to score, turn it over, and our D gives up a score, it's quite the hole to climb out of.

I read an interview/chat thing with Durant and he actually said that the thing he needed to work most on was trying to do too much. That's where the fumble today came from. And I don't know, the guy's doing everything he can to escape a sack and looses the ball. Yeah, it hurts, but I can't fault the guy for that.

On another note, UNC looked damn athletic at midnight madness last night :)

Thanks blue...heres hoping you guys can win out and make some noise the rest of the year.

TA looks like the real deal, punished UNC's D today...Also i have to disagree with you on Durant..that guy is a stud, just being asked to carry to much burden because of the lack of D...I can recognize that after all those MOnte Kiffin Tom reid years...

Heels played with a lot of heart today, nothing to be ashamed of thats for sure!!!

I disagree on Durant. Yes he does make too many mistakes but its because he is trying to make plays.

The man had 200 yards offense alone in the 1st half and made some hellacious throws. Last week he was 35-40 with 5 TDs and over 400 yards. He leads the ACC with total offense of over 300/game.

That doesn't sound like a terrible QB to me.

anyone ever notice, that even if you win, talking shit isn't as much fun afterwards as all the build up shit talking before the game?

Good game Smurfs. Look forward to you guys coming to our place next year.
