    Great job Mike helping recruit this kid to Charlotte. HighPoint49er tole me all about how he learned about that fine institution reading about it in your paper. ;)

    :stupid: wossa, for the record I found out about UNC Charlotte from Andrews' former coach George Foree. I was contacted by Dave Taylor, the Sports Information Director and Coach Rose on a regular basis then. I was lucky, entering UNCC as chief statistician on the basketball team, the Final Four team.

    Trivia question to wossa: Who was the point guard with (forward) Foree at Winston-Salem State?
    Answer: Earl "The Pearl" Monroe
