    For a 120K condo? I'd almost consider it. Shit is that crazy in the real estate market here.

    Some friends of mine bought a place on The Hill about 7 years ago and sold it last year (maybe 2). With the price increase, they bought a 5000 sq ft house in Chapel Hill on a golf course.

    I'm guessing Builder could get triple his asking price if that place was within walking distance of this office here in Alexandria. At least.
