    Question: Say I owe $100,000 on a $115,000 mortgage. And I want to sell it and not lose any money from the original sales price. I'm hoping to offer $1500 towards closing costs. What do I need to take as my lowest offer to walk away break even? I'm figuring on paying two real estate agents.

    Are there any hidden costs I need to be aware of? Never sold a condo before.

    home inspection repairs...the home inspector isn't doing his job unless he finds a bunch of BS that needs to be 'fixed.'

    the last two that sold here had nothing wrong other than improper water pressure which is the fault of the city and not ours. and one of them was wrecked by the previous owner. cosmetically speaking.
