    Plu, I take Concerta for ADD. The only down side with me personally, is gastric issues. But, being able to collect my thoughts rationally is worth it. I've only been on it a week, but I was on it 2 years prior.


    It is beneficial for losing weight, it doesn't take my appetite completely but it sustains it. It's a controlled substance, so it's a pain to get insurance companies to ok it.

    Plu maybe you just have too much to do and not enough time to do it. I get overwhelmed like that sometimes and don't know which way to go first.

    They have a new ADHD medication out there that isn't a controlled substance which I am on - Strattera. Although I'm not diagnosed ADHD, it helps me pull all my thoughts together. Here is the website - It's worth looking up. Strattera Check out the section on Adult ADHD.
