Can we trade all picks for two stud O-linemen? Couple big men very quick, fast, and got ups.

And maybe that fucking beast RB from BC to compliment McCaffrey? I’ll throw in Hurney and an uncashed check from Tepper.

I’m not giving up on Little yet. The line might be ok next year without a pick

Derrick Brown is still, arguably, the best player in the draft. Simmons is an absolute freak, and can do a lot of things very well.

The usual fucking dicknose suspects on Twitter are taking a shots at Brown today, because he ran an average 40 time.

He did almost everything else very well, in terms of pertinent drills. The three cone wasn’t that great, but he didn’t miss a single tackle last season in 41 attempts.

    Fuck your cones.

The combine is 10% intriguing substance, 90% useless fucking dog shit

The good news is that there are so many quality players at the top of this draft that the only ways Hurney can fuck it up are taking a QB or trading down.

Hurney is money in the first round. In later rounds he isn't, but I honestly wonder how much of that is him and how much is the coaching staff's inability to coach up non-elite talent. I'm bored this morning, so I figured I would take a look.

Last year, our roster consisted of:
12 1st round picks (6 taken by Carolina)
    7 2nds (5 taken by Carolina)
    4 3rds (3)
    7 4ths (5)
    4 5ths (2)
    5 6ths (2)
    1 7th (1)
    24 UDFAs

I figured I would go back six drafts, because reasons. Anyway, in the last six drafts, we've taken six 1sts, six 2nds, seven 3rds, five 4ths, seven 5ths, three 6ths, and five 7ths.

So obviously, we're either too stubborn where our first and second rounds are concerned, or we actually don't suck there. But, after that we have a better than 50% miss rate on our 3rds and actually aren't terrible on our 4ths. The rest of the draft is pretty much a crap shoot for us. Based on the number of castoffs we have from other rosters, I would assume the same of them.

It's pretty amazing that a third of the team wasn't drafted. It looks to me like Hurney is good at finding guys early but who finds them after the draft is over? The staff also either doesn't have patience with day three guys or Hurney can't find good ones then. Anyway, this stuff would probably be interesting if anyone had the patience to look at league-wide numbers, but I don't right now.

I'm just relieved that Coach Rhule isn't going to wear a smock here.

He can wear a fucking yellow tutu as long as there is winning to back it up.
