It would crack me up if Carolina finished ahead of Tampa in the standings.

For the record: Ron Rivera's 3-8 record is identical to John Fox's through 11 games. Deep breaths. Young team. Change takes time.

Carolina's never had one of these seasons at the beginning of a regime, but to pretend they're not the norm is disingenuous. One would hope a reset with an actual offseason would help a lot of problems - tackling, for one. Still, it's amazing how they have had some stupid mistakes at just the worst time.

Cam had a good day - not a great day - but worked within what the defense gave, which is nice, because he easily could've thrown 3-4 INT into coverage. Could've also had a lot more yards with the same throws, I guess.

Panthers we ranked 2nd in Defense that year after being 2nd to last the previous year... Panthers finished 7-9 in Fox's first season, and followed it up with a Super Bowl appearance the following year #riveraneedstobringit and #ganttcaneatadick

Fox was 22-12 in December. That includes last seasons 1-3 which was the only season with a losing record in December. That's one of the things he had going for him. His teams generally finished strong even in down years.

Lets hope Rivera can duplicate that because no team wins a world championship playing poorly at the end. Its all about getting on a roll and winning 3-4 in a row.

No, but I don't like to see him cutting up after a 30-3 loss either. I know it's a rebuilding year, but that doesn't mean you treat it like a honeymoon.
