or how about the Texas Tech QB, Graham Harrell. He has 5300 yards, 45 tds this year. 6th in qb rating, 1st in yards, 1st in completion %, and first in touchdowns. No mention of that kid either.

I'm not saying Tebow shouldn't win the Heisman, I think he should. But at least get the top talent mentioned for the award. (that's the best qb and rb in the nation)

If the talent in college football continues to get better and better, you have to mention atheletes like these guys. If not, then it's a popularity contest. IMO.

Best teams at the end of the season were Oklahoma and Southern Cal. Ohio State in the NC is a joke..

Same goes for Texas Tech WR Michael Crabtree, 125 receptions, 1,861 recieving yards, 21 touchdowns,10 one hundred+ yards recieving games(2 of those being for over 200 yards) Biletnikoff finalist. OH and he's a redshirt freshman. He broke the freshman td record by 7. And the only reason he's not being mentioned is the fact that he's a freshman. ESPN is too busy sucking tim tebow's balls that they won't even look at guys like Crabtree,Harrel, and Smith. It's a damn shame

I would. The only difference is that the BCS would've had to put them in the NC game much to their dismay. Ratings would've been average to poor. The only good is that Ashley Simpson would probably opt not to perform at halftime. Although watching her get booed has been the highlight of college football for the past 50 years.

This would all be much more palatable if Tennessee and Mizzou were in the BCS rather than Georgia and Kansas. Making your conference championship game ought to put you before anyone else in the conference other than the champ.

No. The SEC game is based upon the conference records. Georgia has a better overall even when not considering the Tennessee loss to LSU. Until there is a real tournament, the bowls choose the at large births based on who they think is best/best game. Everybody knows Georgia deserves it more than Tennessee.

Tennessee had 3 losses going into the SEC title game and now has 4 and Georgia only has 2 losses. They wouldn't have been ranked above UGA even if UGA went to the SEC title game and lost and Tennessee didn't play and sat at 14. Georgia has been Appalachian State Hot Hot Hot in the second half of the season since early October.

I can think of a few other good things I would do with Ashlee Simpson!! And booing wouldn't be one of them!!! :cool4:

That just goes back to someone's opinion then, doesn't it? If Georgia deserves it more than Tennessee, they should have beat them when they had the chance.

Yes. But until it's a tournament that's how you attempt to put the best teams together. I'm not defending the current but putting Tennessee ahead of Georgia would be the less palatable with the current setup in my opinion.

Georgia has the better record and is ranked higher.
