    It's 'collored greens'. Collard greens, that doesn't make sense because you don't call us collard people.

    Fat Boys in Mooresville can throw down on some collards. they also serve other country style vegetables, not bland but seasoned just the way grand ma did it. green beans, stewed cabbage, pinto beans, squash, okra. they got corn bread, cobblers, bbq chicken and pork, heck you can even get fried fat back from the buffet (not for me).

    Man, I done myself proud. They turned out scrumptious, nay, absolutely divine. Cooked'em up with some peppered side meat, added a little vinegar at the table....

    not crazy about mustard greens, but collards are good. throw in some tasso for seasoning.
