Isn't that true every offseason? Like has a team ever said nah fam we're good?

 

Would you put it past Tepper at this point.

 

This is already dysfunctional. Hiring a 3rd party to interview candidates is fine, and a big improvement over your wife, but interviewing 17 GM and HC candidates simultaneously is bizarre and ridiculous. Normally you hire a GM and then let him oversee the HC search, but Tepper seems determined to set up another arranged marriage between coach and GM.



That, and there's a ton of useless morons on the team's org chart. That's the aspect of the team that basically nobody talks about. Tepper is still surrounded by sycophantic idiots who add no value to the organization.

 

Dan Morgan got an interview for gm position. Evero was blocked interviewing for jags, and Chicago fired 4 coaches but not head coach. Sounds like Chicago not in head coaching olympics

 

I'd be thrilled with Harbaugh or Vrabel

 

Just being able to see the daily possible drama between Harbaugh and Tepper would be worth the price of admission. I can just picture Harbaugh doing shit to piss Tepper off. Winning games and shitting in Tepper's cap. Remind me of the Jimmy Johnson time in Dallas.

All they need to show their typical competence is to draft a DT at 1OA and get a qb with the 10th.
