    You're probably right. My point, though, is why even risk it? He's stepping into the most stressful job he'll ever have in his life. Why not just hire someone without a history of self-destructive outlets?

    Half the NFL are probably knee deep in self destructive outlets. I guess on the bright side, our guy has admitted his, unlike the owner in Indy for instance
