as long as he doesn't slip him any foreign objects I don't see what the big deal is

but dammit if Felton comes out of a jump ball scrum bleeding from the forehead then somebody's going down :teeth:

Actually, it should establish the player as out of bounds.

The coach is out of bounds and therefore if he touches a player while on the court that player is out of bounds. I don't have my rule book handy either nor do I need it. Even Billy Packer was screaming for Carolina to get the ball because when K put his hands on the player that made him out. And Billy Packer is one of the most Duke biased announcers I have ever heard.

One thing I do know from my rule book. A player touching a ball while it is in the cylinder is goaltending. :xyzthumbs You guys want to fucking whine about a little call like that especially when it is suspect if it was illegal or not go ahead. Far be it from me to prevent anyone from making themselves look more pathetic.

Hey don't look at me whining, I don't like Dook or Carolina. I was one of the people who could watch the game without royal blue or baby blue glasses on. When Coach K touched the player with the ball it should have been called out of bounds. And when May hit that ball on the cylinder, it look a whole lot like goaltending to me also. It was boarderline so I can see the argument that it wasn't but it did look illegal to me.
I will have to give it up to JJ Redick. Just saw his interview on ESPN after the game and he said he knew what Carolina's last play was gonna be. He said he saw it last year 2-3 times and if you watch him defend McCants on it you can tell he really did know what was coming and made a great stop. That's why Felton had to go the other way with it.

He had one foot on the court dumbass, do you even watch the games??? The player/coach made contact with eachother, the player should have been called out and the ball given to UNC.

If he was in the coaches box and not on the court then the player made contact with a person, object out of bounds, therefore the player would be out, resulting in a TO.

One is a judgement call and the other sure isn't suspect, it a friggin rule you dumbass.

The no call on May was very close, if it were called goaltending that I could live with because that's how close it was.

It's not a big deal about K touching the player anyways, we should have never been in this position to lose to dook. Felton and McCants either one just play their C game we win.

UNC shot the ball a lot better than dook, but it was still bad, UNC outrebounded dook by a lot, dook created/caused more TO's/steals, close game either way with dook winning by 1 point.

I am really surprised we only lost by 1 as bad as our guards played, I was thinking more of a 15 or 20 point loss.

I've since watched the game on Tivo. No contact was made whatsoever. Hence the no call. Dumbasses.

You really are a fucking idiot. If it is a rule, show it to me. The rule book is posted. No contact occured anyway so you guys pretty much just look like whiny little morons.
