    Welcome, NC

I'd love it to happen if Duke won, I'd hate it if Carolina won. I'm sure Carolina fans would love it if they won and hate it if Duke won. It'd be great for the ACC, but a bitterass pill to swallow for whoever lost that game, the team and the fans.

No matter what happens, I think if either team has to play Illinois in the final, they lose. Duke because of far less talent, and UNC because of the Roy choke factor. Roy is gonna have to prove to me can win the big one before he gets props from a lot of people including me.

Wake has proved they will choke no matter who coaches them.

I wouldn't mind seeing NC State win it all. That'd be more of a miracle than the 83 championship.

I am sure he is worried about trying to prove something to you.

Roy could win it all this year and I am sure you/others would find some way to detract from what he did.

yes, in a way. although gaining entry into the big dance is easier these days, one must win MORE games to win the national title (if winning national titles is what you're talking about). another arguement could be made that the field has been watered down thus making the first round games more winnable to an extent, allowing one to amass more overall victories. it also creates more chances to lose.

i get the feeling that some have assessed that my intent is to throw water on K's record. not at all, i respect him but i still cant forget the fact that its easier to get in the tournament now. i'm sure K would tell you the same thing.

Not really if you have lessor teams you have to beat and then some of the big guns get knocked off by a lessor team that plays the game of their life.

You may not play a really strong team until the final 4 in some cases.

Seems to be happening this year with Kansas, BC etc getting knocked out early.
