    It doesn't matter. A banner is a banner no matter what year it was earned (except if it was earned barnstorming in the 20's.)

    If Duke wins tomorrow nothing else matters, it is championship #4.

    I agree. Even if it was Carolina I would say that they won the 6 games needed to earn the banner.

    all UNC alumni dislike Duke, and vice-versa. UNCFeverBlister is a UNC alum, so he dislikes Duke. get it now?

    actually I agree. If Duke wins it, it doesn't matter if it were against inferior competition. Those other teams would've beat that "inferior" competion to be in the title game as well.

    I have heard Duke make the same excuses about UNC in the past though. Don't think its just UNC fans that scream "they had an easy path". That one goes both ways.

    Butler was preseason #11 and has 4 losses all year.

    Well Duke hasn't played Butler, but anyways you're getting to overly riled up. Duke has had an easier road to the championship than some of the higher ranked teams that have already been knocked out. FWIW I don't think that's Duke's problem. They can only play the teams that are lined up against them. Quit whining. If Duke wins the tourny they win. No one can take that away from them.

    Duke has beaten 16,8,4,3,2 seeds now. No team even came close to having a tougher road. tough shit if Kansas couldnt beat Northern Iowa. Don't know many people who would have chosen them over the Pac-10 champ before they dumped Kansas. Duke soundly beat the team that beat Kentucky.

    You are a fucking moron if you think their road was easy. Duke just made it look easy.
