There's only so much money you can spend, I think Coach K probably has enough to make him happy. He's no Julius Peppers. And who in the hell wouold want to live in New Jersey????? I might for a few million, but I'm not already a millionaire.

I doubt if K wouldn't leave to take over the Lakers and one of the best organizations in the league, he won't take the job at New Jersey. Just my opinion, but I highly doubt seeing him leave. I think if he wins tonight, that would re-confirm what K loves about coaching in college which is getting a group of guys to buy in and love being together as a group and team.

I don't see any reason for him to leave Puke where he is a God, to go to the Nets of all places. Like Silver said, does he really need more money? If he left for just the money, that would tarnish his character. And while Wojo could do ok at Puke, he wouldn't be a coach K and have somebody telling him when to fart.

I hope he doesn't leave but it would in NO way diminish his character to leave.

If it were just for the money, then I think it would. If he left for other reasons then I would agree with you.

Just saying if I didn't need money, which I can only guess that he doesn't, I would rather do what would make me happy vs. going to the Nets of all places.

He isn't going anywhere. Have you seen the talent he has coming in next year ? Irving will be a star, Thornton is good, Hairston will be a big boost down low, and that Juco guy Carrick Felix will help the athleticism as well. Add that to Seth Curry, Nolan Smith already said he's coming back, the Plumlee brothers, Dawkins, and if Singler comes back, the Duke team next year has way more talent than this year's team had. They could be scary good, assuming they are able to play together and as a team, which Coach K will make them or otherwise they'll be riding the bench.
