Anyone have NBATV and can see how the U.S.-Lithuania game is going?

 

Nevermind. Team USA wins 104-88. Apparently the score is deceiving. US was up by 30 with about 5 minutes to go.

 

I think K's personality serves this team well. Brown preferred veterans too much, that's for sure. But this team is simply a whole lot better. Not only are Wade, James, and Melo much better players now than when Brown was keeping them on the bench, I mean, playing in Athens, we've got a real supporting cast right now.

Brad Miller will never be in Duncan's league, but he makes a much better CENTER for international play with his outside shooting. Battier, Bowens, and Henirich provide the defense that the big three stars still don't play consistently, Paul's just the latest point guard to outproduce the "best PG in the game" Starburry, and Elton Brand gives them grit.

The world is a lot better than it used to be, but this is the best team since the 92 team.
