    That means that his "time will be spent primarily with USA Basketball this summer". That means the #1 priority is USA Basketball (where he is spending his time primarily, in case you went to dook). But, you're right - I assumed the #2 priority would be dook basketball. Now that I read the article again, the priority on dook basketball may be lower. Thanks for pointing that out.
