    they didn't nuke Manhattan. The little things that fell off him were parasites, like deep sea lice or whatever. The reason why the monster was able to withstand all the weapons and missiles is because it comes from deep in the ocean where the pressure is so high. He's got a resistance to that. It's a pure sci-fi scenario, so it's easy to go with it. In reality, creatures that far down won't have bones and would die before getting on land.

    Its like time travel movies. You just got to go with it.

    The only thing I really had a problem with was when he went back for the fucking camera. I realize, for the movie to work, he had to keep it on when he's when they on the fucking of the apartement roof and fighting the bugs, and they did that by making the guy fanatical about "documenting" the whole thing. But when he went back for it after the helicopter crashed, that was a bit much.

    It was a $30 million movie...that's part of why it's so damn awesome.

    It's a great movie. You're the one missing out. Plus, you get to see the Ironman trailer. Wow, just wow.
