I went to Cleveland a week or so ago on vacation and ate at a few resturants seen on Diners Driveins and Dives. This place, Lucky's Cafe was FANTASTIC. Wife had the Reuben, I had the waffles and daughter had the Mac and Cheese. All were great.

You lucky dog! I wish there was a place like that where I vacate.

That Reuben...? I bet that's like a piece of Heaven.

    What were the prices like?

Yeah I know, CLEVELAND? I have wanted to go to the R&R HOF for a long while and since it's relatively close I decided to do so. Cleveland gets a bad rap from what I saw. People (or the ones I dealt with for 4 days) were nice. Great food and new baseball stadium to see

Lucky's Café Prices were pretty reasonable. Reuben was ~ $8.00 as was my Vanilla Bean Waffle. Lucky's is in a neighborhood just west of downtown, Great neighborhood place real near another restaurant Momocho's Mexican That was equally great. Fantastic Mole sauce and different guacamole types. Smoked trout, Goat cheese... We stayed in a downtown hotel Crown Plaza for < 85/night which included parking and was walking distance from R&R HOF, Browns stadium, and 30 minute walk to Cavaliers home and Indians stadium as well as a BUNCH of nightlife stuff.

I'm kicking around the idea of going up to see the Browns and Panthers the Sunday following Thanksgiving. The stadium is right on Lake Erie. The only way it could be colder is if the openings faced the lake (it's parallel). If I can get a decent flight in on Saturday and back out on Sunday I may do it.
