    man dook looked BAAAAAAAAAD.

    My favorite sequence was Redick 3 point brick, rebound pass to redick, three point brick, Melchioni fights for a great rebound, pass to Ewing, Ewing three point brick.

    three bricks in about ten seconds.

    The ACC will not be kind to dook this year. I know they just came off a two week layoff - but JCF - this was Clemson they were playing.

    I shudder to think how bad wake, Ga Tech or UNC would have beat dook tonight.

    maybe even State sould have won against them tonight :scared2:

    that game was so ugly i had to turn it off before my eyes started to bleed. clemson had like 15 turnovers before halftime

    Duke looked really bad. Ewing will have to bring his A game every night, and he was way off all night long. The only people that came to play for Duke were Williams, Melchionni, and Redick in the second half. I do think Clemson will be a lot better than in years past and should give teams fits but still, Duke should be able to beat Clemson by 20

    How dows Clemson have that many turnovers and you consider them "a lot better"??

    Come on Sock, you know your college hoops, but really how can that statement be true? They are a team full of inexperienced freshmen, and dont really have a star player (Ford doesnt count does he?). They took Dook to the wire until about the last few minutes, but that was because Dook was having an extremely off night. Clemson is terrible. Nikcleberry was an idiot to leave Charlotte for Clemson. At first I was saying Clemson would finish above VA Tech and Miami, but honestly I dont see that happening

    Clemson played like crap and dook still struggled to beat them. I know dook probably won't play that bad again this year and it was probably a matter of dook playing down to its competition but the ACC is going to be so tough this year that dook is going to have a hard time beating the big three of Tech, Wake and UNC - even if they play their best.
