    Does anyone take this supplement?

    I've researched it and found some good info... I went to GNC the other day and the salesman recommended it.

    Obviously, there is no magic pill. I take a multivitamin daily and some "uppers" before I work out to help me push myself.

    But I'm curious about the Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA)

    I know it can reduce body fat, especially around the midsection. I don't know much else about it or know anyone who is taking it.

    You're right, there is no "magic pill", but I'm not against taking a supplement as an aid, as long as you know it's useful. It's tricky, because a lot of the shit floating around doesn't get approved and ends up being total waste of money (especially true for protein powders). If you can't find someone here with more insight, you might want to ask your doctor (or a trainer) before investing in it. The GNC salesman is probably not your most reliable source.
