    Carolina Panther Chris Terry admitted in a deposition to smoking marijuana and failing an NFL drug test.

    The information was released during a spousal and child support hearing Wednesday in Charlotte.

    The offensive tackle is currently under a restraining order for his arrest in July for allegedly assaulting his wife, NyQuell Jackson-Terry.

    In filing for a temporary restraining order after the incident, Jackson-Terry said her husband pushed her into a wall, head-butted her, causing a lump on her forehead, and pushed her face into a pillow while their children watched.

    Jackson-Terry had asked for $15,000 a month in support. However, she was awarded $12,500 a month for spousal and child support.

    same here.
    Also, since I can't see it, remember that for him to have failed a test before would have been no news. We already knew he was being tested weekly.

    Nah. The first one is a pass. You just get tested a bunch until you are off the program.

    BTW I'd also like to say Terry has been play MUCH better as the season has gone on... making fewer mistakes
