    All your blood goes through your spleen for cleansing. We opened a dog once whose spleen had ruptured and it literally sounded like someone turning a hose on pretty strong with the blood hitting the floor. Dog was full of cancer and we put to sleep on the table. But yeah he was VERY likely critical through surgery and at least somewhat into recovery. But likely is stable now which is still not "good condition" but hopefully out of the woods.

    No one should ever question his heart. Good grief I can't believe this. But prayers for him and his family. Scary stuff.

    Just think, we almost got our asses kicked by a guy with a ruptured spleen. Hope he's OK though.
