yeah well hain all blend is a combination of sunflower, soy and safflower oils and provides all essential emzynes. I usually take it off the spoon if I am not eating salad. If works almost a well as safflower oil and you can throw it away when you notice that is beginning to hydrogenate as all oils do once they are opened. It really isn't a big hit in the pocketbook. Udo's works fine I've used it, but I always go back to hain. Really the important factor is that the oil is cold pressed, much in vein as stone ground grains are far better for you than roller ground grains. It's all a matter of the heat generated by the process destroying the essential components of the oil or grain. Anyway it's more a matter of long term use of these things rather than expecting a short term gain from using them once in awhile, so my point I think is if it is a choice of not buying udo's because you are broke, buy and use hain allblend until you get around to udo's again. in any event most oils will only last about a week after opening.

Hey Thelt, how old are you? Just asking because last year my Doctor told me my cholesterol was high. Like 238 high. Yikes but at 28 he said he didn't want to use drugs to lower it. Right now, I'm trying to excerise and watch my diet.
