2 sticks of butter melted in a pan
    2 1/2 Cups Bread Flour
    1 T. baking soda
    1 T. salt
    1/2 Cup white sugar
    1 1/2 Cups brown sugar
    teaspoon of vanilla extract
    1 whole egg
    1 egg yolk
    2 oz. whole milk
    1 bag of M&M's
1 Stand Mixer...use the paddle attachment

put melted butter in the mixing bowl, add all of the sugar and get it mixing. Add the vanilla extract then the eggs and the milk. Seperately combine the flour, salt and baking soda...sift it if you can and if you cant just say, "fuckit".
With the mixer on lowest speed, add 1/3 of flour combo. Let that mix in and increase speed. Turn speed down again and add another 1/3 of flour...repeat till all in. Add a bag of M&M and mix a little more.

Use heaping teaspoons to portion cookie dough out on cookie trays and bake @ 375 for roughly 7-9 minutes. Dont over cook them....when you think they need just another minute...they're done. :woohoo:

the above is for "softer" cookies. melting the butter completely and adding more brown sugar than white, increases the amount of moisture in the dough (even the dough seems rather dry) as well as eliminating that one egg white...egg whites have a "drying out" effect in baking. also, bread flour has the highest amount of glouton (of flour you can get from regular grocery) which helps with that stretch/soft effect.

it also helps to refridgerate the dough before baking...but, I really see no time in waiting and cant wait for that first one :woohoo:

You cannot replace M & M's with candy coated chocolate anything. There is NOTHING worse then getting a handfull of FAKE M & M's and popping them into your mouth before you realize...you've been had!
