The interesting is part is when he took his daughter away . . I'm wondering if he was afraid of something is Daughter might say that he does to her? Thoughts? move to Rant and Rave?

 

BOTH families were NUTS. What about the liberal Christian family...the guy's feelings get hurt and he crys like a 3 year old and his WEIRD way of praying, and making fun of others, because God has a sense of humor. YES HE DOES...but don't MOCK him when you are supposed to be praying and worshipping him.
TOO EXTREME on both sides. That's why they got picked.

 

I don't think God passes judgment on the way you pray, people do . . . to me the Liberal Christians seemed fairly normal, Especially the kids and wife, read each set of house rules. . . . Which one is normal sounding

My thought on the liberal guy and he hinted at it, is he came from a wacko right wing abusive Christian family and got all the Degrees to shut his father up every time his father quoted scripture . . . but I maybe reading too much into it

I don't think he was "praying" he was mocking conservatives, or what he thought they were.
I never got he was raised by radical conservatives, butwhatever. He was a nutball as much as the other family was.
However, I found his wife refreshing.
