"Ahem. 'Colour My World'. Much more palatable with the 'u'."

    Sorry Mathmajors..Guess I better watch my p's & u's.

[I always preferred the Stones' "Paint It Black".:)]

    "... brass horns..."

No shit, the horns were made of brass, eh?
    No clariphones, faggotts, or oboes?

    Ya'll are too easy! :D

My horn was silver-plated, and I'm sure theirs were too. I don't think any of Chicago's popular songs would sound any better with an oboe, or whether it was played by a faggott.

I was on hold on a phone call and the tune Hard Habit to Break was on. I started whistling it while wating for operator. one of their later works, but still a catchy tune.

As far as "brass horns" are concerned, maybe I should have said trumpets and trombones. Would that have been better, redjazz?

    I love Chicago

    Some of my favorites are:

    Saturday in the Park
    If you leave me now
    Then along comes a woman
    Old days
    Hard to say I'm sorry

Tamera, I agree with you about Peter leaving the group. I really liked his single "Glory of love" from Karate Kid II.

    "..horn is silver..."

Now Mag, you and I know that's a load of horseshit;) We know it ain't nothing but some thin cheap-ass silver plated brass; which is
an alloy of bronze and zinc(if I remember correctly). My first alto was a silver Buescher that turned green in spots; silver doesn't turn green, it goes black.

Hearing you talk, ain't no wonder bari players always get the shaft.

    :)

Picked up some double CD greatest hits thingie the other day. They put stuff on it from their first few albums that you don't hear on the radio. I was jamming on the way to work this morning.
